While the electronic reference is being built, it will be published on the web in a format that allows viewing on your PC monitor. The web format allows users to follow construction of the reference so they can see what is needed that they may have to contribute. After the reference has been completed it will be closed while the book is being sold to avoid competing with book. After all books have been sold the website will be reopend and offered at a nominal fee.
