While the electronic reference is being built, it will be published on the web in a format that allows viewing on your PC monitor. The web format allows users to follow construction of the reference so they can see what is needed that they may have to contribute. After the reference has been completed it will be offered on a CD and probably a book. The CD format will operate a faster speed and eliminate password protection.
